In my opinion don't load the PSAs with three month plan at once. Feed them with small monthly plans, so as to enable them to grasp the techniques and work for success. For my part i had give a plan to one of my PSA who as joined today. I gave 17 day plan for August which i am reproducing herebelow for your perusal.
1. earn 500 vp within 24 hours of joining. this will earn you additional 200 vp being fast tracker. total 700 vp.
2. do daily tasks with 10 answers voting of ask sc. this will give you 10 vp daily. for august it is 170 vp.
3. daily visit tripleclicks for 1 vp. this 17 vp this month.
4. 17 launchpads 15 each = 255 vp
5. the above totals to 1142.
6. stay above green line to be in e365 contest. this will give you 300 vp.
7. to be EA you require 1500 vp. and you limit to this in the first month.
8. participate in tripleclicks t-time contest which can get you 2 tcredits per day (hopefully/luck permits)
9. participate in daily grand contest.
10. try to recruit atleat 5 psa's per month, hoping that atleast 2 will be active.
11. if you can spare some investments tripleclicks has many products which can earn you vp also.
12. for standing order the best product is 100 or 125 tcredits.
13. without good down line don't be hasty in becoming team leader as the benefits may not be lucrative.
