First assure them that SFI is their business with a long term income.
Send them the link www.sfimg.com/start then guide them on the step by step of reading the training on their home page to earn the points there. That is their first month.
Second month they already have the knowledge of how SFI works and that is where you advise them on Standing Orders to become EA2 and Team Leaders, then strengthen them with visiting the Forum and participating in the Forum to boost their SFI knowledge.
Also teach them about sponsoring and TC purchase. After the third month they will have gone past the secondary level if you teach them all this step by step.
