Hello my friends. Please read it carefully before escape, surely help you a lot. Specially for those, who don't have enough money to invest in SFI.
There are following things(Points) which must be remembered before leadership.
1st Month:-
# First,
Tell your new PSA to get a Fast track badge (They will be happy to get 200 extra VersaPoint, this is the first thing to impress them).
# Second,
Tell them to make only 1500 VersaPoint to get CSA from SFI and other benefits (If they don't have enough money to invest and 1500 VP is to make in first month is so easy).
#Third,
Don't tell them to read all the launchpad at starting point. You have to tell all the important info which is needed at starting stage. There are much lines to read and new person never wants to read this much at starting, they just want to earn as soon as possible, and because of lack knowledge they left the SFI. So, first teach them carefully, nor much neither less. Then after few days tell them to read launchpad.
#Forth,
Tell them to see the 3-Step Plan video (This will help to active and interest in SFI). Then tell them to build a team as given in 3-step plan video. Tell them to teach CSA/PSA whatever they having knowledge about SFI and sell the product through CSA/PSA, if CSA/PSA will buy something then they will be earned. And this money could be helped in second/third month to be activated in SFI.
2nd Month:-
Tell them to achieved EA to get basic benefit. If your PSA have enough money to invest in SFI then they must have a standing order to be TL.
In second month tell them to build a strong team and teach their PSA/CSA with best procedure(Whatever you have given them).
Then try to win an auction and participate in contest. Must have a Wave3 member to get many benefits.
3rd Month:-
Read all the latest news about SFI. A person will never be succeed in SFI if they dose not use to read latest new on it.
Active with PSA and CSA to get team benefit. Advertise the TripleClicks products and sell it to earn more.
Make a website to promote itself.
Make a page on facebook to get PSA from there.
Make a team leadership page to motivate the team and give them to needed info.
Make a blog only for your team to discuss about SFI.
Do all the things whatever they did in previous month.
They must have to log in daily at least for 5 minute to get latest news about SFI.
