I know where you are coming from. When I joined I was flat broke. I read the training and then kept rereading it until I started to understand. I then made sure I followed these steps.
Before you get started you should think about where you are at in life now and where you want to be in ther future and set goals. What I did is I set my goals to a point that I knew it would take work and patience but that I would be able to obtain them. As I drew closer to my goals then I would raise them a little bit higher, (Iam still doing this).
1. I joined wave3 for a one time payment of $1.95 and put the decal on my car.
2. If you haven't been in for 24 hours yet do all of the items that give you vp to get 500 vp before 24 hours and you also get 200 free vp and some extra benefits at the same time.
3. Make sure you log in to your account every day and do your to-do list each item completed gives you vp and read more of the training.
4.A2A and connect with people that are already becoming successful and pick their brains for all of the info you can get. People in this company are always eager to assist others.

Posting ads in the classifieds are a great help.

Another great way to advertise your SFI business is to submit articles your customers may be interested in to reputable websites, such as Ezinearticles.com, Articlesbase.com or TheFreeLibrary.com
6. When you log in you will see this grayish black bar with different headings like Home, hot spots, income marketing and 7 more. The home tab will always bring you back to where you first log in. Each of the other tabs have drop down lists with tons of training go through them all but do it at a slow pace so as not to get overwhelmed by the amount of training.
7. Advertising any business is always a necessity. Sfi has provided an abundance of gateways for you to advertise. Go to https://www.sfimg.com/MyAccount/GatewayList and you will see your gateways with your id number already there. Then go to https://www.sfimg.com/Resources/RefTextAds and you will see several pre written ads if you want to use them instead of writing your own. More help go to https://www.sfimg.com/Resources/MarketingTools. We have the option of doing paid ids (if your budget allows it) or you can do a Google search for free sites to advertise on and advertise for free. It is important to post as many ads as you can as often as you can.
8. As I said earlier I was penniless but I did each of the activities above on a daily basis. I didn't have money to use paid advertising so I used all of the free sites listed and did a Google search and found more. I placed ad after ad after ad and started getting results. Track your ads so you know which ones are getting responses.
9. ALWAYS be positive and try to assist everyone in your down line as much as possible.
10. Remember that this is not a get rich quick scheme this is a true business. As in any business weather it is on the internet or if it is in a building like a grocery store, it doesn't start off with a bang. It takes lots of time and very hard work and careful planning. Be patient it will begin growing. It doesn't matter if it takes some time to build because you aren't spending any money, just your time and energy. As your business begins to grow and you start receiving some compensation then it is wise to start investing some of it back into your business!
11. Never be afraid to ask questions. Go to your up line and ask for their advice if they don't assist you go to their up line and to your A2A friends and ask them.
12. Go to the forum and you will see just about every question asked and answered.
13. Again always be positive and upbeat and whatever happens NEVER GIVE UP!
