From the very first day your PSA comes on board, I believe that he/she should be helped to understand one word, CONSISTENCY! Understanding this one word, and putting it to action each and every day, will enable them to stay on track from their very first day through their third month and beyond.
Being "consistent" means to be repetitious. REPETITION allows your PSA to build habit. And "habit" will force him or her to log into their individual Affiliate Homepage each and everyday, especially on those days when they may not "truly" feel up to it. I know, because I have developed such habit on my own.
BUILDING such habit by being CONSISTENT, means that each and everyday your PSA logs into his/her Affiliate Homepage, chances are they will learn something they didn't learn the day before. And when that happens, it is more likely to build in them a genuine confidence.
