The first thing to do is to help your affiliates get the fast track badge, if your affiliates can afford it I recommend that you tell them to set a standing order recommending them IAHBE so that they can immediately get 1500VP and become an executive affiliate instantaneously(also they get access to extensive training in affiliate marketing).
If a standing order is not an option for you affiliates then give them a list of tasks on the to do list specifically in the getting started area and tell them to start with the simplest and quickest tasks for example tell them first and formost to post a photo etc... that gives them points. Once the easiest tasks are done tell them to go over the basics which is the first and foremost and tell them to go over the launchpad, recommend only reading one chapter at a time but if they can handle more then it is up to them. The lauchpad gives your affiliates points after they complete the quiz.
So the point is to help them get started, tell them to complete the getting started tasks on the to do list so that they can get 1500VP within the first month and become EA's or even EA2.

The point is that you have to hold them by the hand and walk them through their first month so then they know exactly what to do in the next two months. In the first month you show them the 4 income streams in the basics and introduce them to the affiliate center in the getting started video, and show them the getting started tasks in the to do list so they can complete them. In the second month you introduce them to the tripleClicks store so that they can see the products that are sold and the new products often added, teach them how to use tripleClicks to buy and sell products so that they can get Versa Points, and earn commissions. On the third month you should introduce them to the third income stream in the basics
