This is an important question.
My plan for my new Affiliates is simple :
1st month:

-I teach them to master the SFI basic, do all their dayly, weekly and monthly actions to be an EA*
-I motivate them to have at least 4 PSAs in their 1st month and duplicate
2nd Month:

- I encourage to have 4 new PSAs again and do their best to keep their EA rank and become an EA2.
- I Motivate them to duplicate: I mean I encourage them to teach the same strategy to their PSAs.
3rd Month:
---------
- I ask them to do their best to have again 4 new PSAs. This is very important for have a total of 12 PSAs from whom my PSAs will receive 1200 VP per month if they are EA2. This can easily help them to become Team leader. As you know to become a team leader you need to have at least 1000 VP in Action and and 1500 VP minimum in Sales.
In conclusion these their advantages to apply this strategy: My PSA at the end of his/Her 3rd month, has 8 EA2 in his Downline and 4 EA* who will become EA2 in next month.
For this reason, He/she has the possibility to become an BRONZE or stay EA2; it depends on her/him.
If he /She accept to become a Bronze this will be very easy to do so and keep that rank month after month.
Later when all his 12 PSA will become Bronze like him, he will receive 150 VP X 12 = 1800 VP then he can change his/rank and become a SILVER TEAM LEADER. The VP from Her/His PSAs will help to keep the rank or go ahead again and again.
This is my strategy, it works and people in my downline easily succeed in using it. You can try it.
