The following is what I have suggested to my PSAs as a guidline.
Step 1. To Do List
Make sure you truly focus on the "to do list" this is where you will get your 1,500 VP, which you will need to maintain monthly to keep EA status
Step 2. Launchpad
Now this is very important. Please be sure to go to the launchpad and read the lessons as they will give you all the information on SFI and provide helpful resources. However in the first month do not collect points. Other-words at the bottom of the lesson theres a test question in which you will earn 15pts. What you will want to do is simply read only the lessons. Next month simply return back to the launchpad, then answer the questions and collect the points. The reason I advise you to do this is because the 2nd month is always the hardest to reach your 1,500 vp's
