In my welcome letter, I make sure that the new affiliates know they need to show up to work everyday. That this is not an internet scam, but a real job.
To be on the fast track, they must above the green line right away, so they will be eligible to you receive the ways to get the perks that will be available to them.
I send the following information to all the new affiliates a few days after the welcome letter,so they know what to do.
1) There's a language translator on each page of SFI and TripleClicks, so you can read everything in your language.
2) The SFI website is confusing at first, but if the following steps are followed, it will help you learn the website and what is expected.
3) If they haven't gone into the website and done the first 2 steps it needs to be done now. Go to the Start video in black at the top right hand corner of the SFI website and then go to the Basics
4) Now do the Launchpad, To-Do List, and the red tabs daily.
5) If you read 20 extra answers on the Ask SC you get an extra point for the Daily Grand.
6) Enter the Daily Grand to be eligible for prizes.
7) Read the Alerts and Forum. Important information is here too.

9) Be patient, learn something new everyday and have fun.
