In my opinion, the best strategy is to spread your downline. By this I mented not only get yourself your co-workers, but also maintain them, encourage and give all support needed to be efficient in every way.
To stay active, they should do their daily action every day and also weekly and monthly action when available...
The other thing is they should also read as much as they can, remember reading is earning.It's easy to get 1500 VP in their first month, but in second there aren't "getting started actions" any more so they won't be able to get points from that.
To get some additional points, they should play t-time game to earn 2 TC every day if they are lucky. There's also a daily drawing, where more points can be achieved.
Remember, to stay active in SFI and get EA2, your downline should acomplish 1500 or even more every month, starting on 1st and ending on 31st. More affiliates are there in your downline, more money you earn.....
Because you'll get your money, when they acomplish their second month in SFI, and they achieve their EA2 status, not sooner....
So my advice is, they should follow your every step and you must help them in each and every moment you can. Some affiliates may find this job is nonsense and they quit, but you should not worry about that, some quit, the other ones come.
More you do in spreading your team (advertising) more people you get.....
In their second month they should stay focused on spreading their own team and helping them to achieve their goals.
