1) It is a good question because I feel real test start from second month. Therefore it becomes necessary as sponsor to let our PSA know about real business.
Most of us stuck in “Versa Point (VP)” phenomenon and think that accumulating VP is what earns you the money. But truth is something different, real business or money comes from Tripleclicks sale, building a deep rooted team and bringing ECAs under your umbrella. We have to make new affiliate understand this factor and suggest strategies to develop on these lines not on VP based strategies. I believe VP is by-product of real business, which just benchmarks our performance.
Therefore first month is very important to lay the foundation of long term business. It should become clear to new affiliate that it is good to accumulate free VP in first month so that, they can kick start their business fast and understand the business properly. The first month VP is mainly for motivating new affiliate to get trained. However it should not be hyped so much that it gets confused with real SFI business.
Another thing is to prepare new affiliate for right mind set and make them aware that to be successful in internet entrepreneurship, it requires certain mind set and they should be ready for the challenges which can come their way. For most of us it is a new field to enter in, even the concept of network marketing is not known to us.
New affiliates shall be told that internet marketing is essential to grow their business and they should start learning about that and they shall be aware that this may require lot of efforts when they see any results.
I believe in this way if new affiliate is prepared in the first month, second month will be more productive to them and they are clear about their expectations, strategies and goals.
2) 1.First teach your affiliate that this business belongs to him.
2. Guide him the missed step during the first month.
3. Bring forth the points before him which could have get him more versa points.
4. Keep him motivated.
5. Lead with examples.
6. Advise him to log on daily to earn the easy VPs.
3) if you are preparing them for month two make sure that they did the get started and do start SFI BASICS and LAUNCHPAD if they did this did you instruct them on all the extra things to do making sure they joined and do the auctions in TripleClicks and teach them to use the psa csa messages that are provided.
4) how to set up co=op and S-Builder Co-op, and make sure they have standing order in place
make sure that they know that you are there to help them and give any support you can
5) Firstly second month in SFI is not hard if everything is done properly from the beginning, if you achieve good communication and contact with members of the team,
important and feasible for the first month and get the status of EA to confirm the same in the second month, both for us and the members themselves because it means that everything is working as planned and regulated .. Do you want your affiliates to set up a standing order in their second month? Then make sure you have a standing order set up also. Soon after I joined SFI I set up a standing with the understanding that some will follow my lead, and sure enough some of my PSA'S, began setting up standing orders.
It's all about "leading people by example." I have found this strategy to be very effective in preparing my affiliates for their second month, and beyond, in business.
7) First, I have to say this what is here is not only for new members. This can make the members who have lost their EA status, only for obtaining the status of EA must either buy or collect a few months TCredit in T-Time game. At the same time they have to build their own team.

8) Hi! I want to share some FREE ways to get VP required to become an EA or Team Leader.
01. - Every day you can earn 11 VP for a total of 330 VP in a 30 day month just by doing the following:
Click on your "to-do list" tab on your SFI homepage and after reviewing the information on it, click on the rectangle at the bottom "I have reviewed this information" to receive one VP.
Do the same for the "tips" tab, "stream" tab, "tripleclicks" tab, "scoreboard" tab, "a2a" tab, "movers" tab, and "growth" tab to get one VP each.
Click on "the latest items at tripleclicks" link under your "to-do list" tab to receive 2 VP each day.
All of the above actions total 11 easy VP that you can get each day meaning you get 330 VP if you do this each day in a 30 day month. :)
02. - Get 35 VP each week for a total of 140 VP a month by doing the following:
Click on the link "your tconnect page" under the "weekly actions" under your "to-do list" tab once a week to earn 5 VP.
Go to "Hot Spots" on your SFI homepage and then go to "genealogy". Click on "Send an E-Mail/TeamMail to this group" to send a weekly message to your downline and get 30 VP each week. I use this opportunity to share helpful tips and hints.
03. - Once a month click on "submit ratings" under "monthly actions" under your "to-do list" tab to receive 10 VP each month.
So far, ALL of the above actions give you 480 easy VP. To become an EA you need 1050 more VP.
If you have not seen the "launchpad" lessons yet, you can get 15 VP for every single lesson. That give you total 450 VP. And if you have not seen every points on your "to-do list", just click them and if you find a green triangle at the top of the right corner.
If you did your 11 VP on the day before day you can qualify for day's DAILY GRAND just click on the blue button. You can win 10 CREDITS, 10 CSA, a prestige domain or 50 MRP.
04. - Another way to get VP is to use any FREE TCREDITS and/or MRP you have to purchase digital downloads at TripleClicks BEFORE THE 15TH OF EACH MONTH. NOTE: When you use TCREDITS or MRP to purchase items you don't earn VP BUT you get to do reviews on the items 15 days later if it's a digital download. You get 25 VP for each review. Or if you use MRP to purchase TCREDITS, you will get VP too. For example: you buy 1 TCREDIT for 120 MRP and you'll get 102 VP. If you stay above green line, you'll get 200VP and some MRP too.
