FYI I myself is a newbie my second month and this is what I am doing.
As you know it is very difficult convince any affiliates to stay with SFI. At the end only the cream of the cream stays and that will reflect E365 contest how many were in the class at start and how many are still with contention.
On the first month you must have send a welcome letter, how to get all the bonus points, achieve fast track member etc.
Second month you can see all of your affiliates how many VP points they have taken who are below green line and help them to be above green line. that is the first thing to do.
Send an group mail to all to earn free VP by doing daily/weekly/monthly action and 10 TC $18.50 getting 1020 VP. Any one who can afford ask them to place a standing order 125 TC $ 29 getting 1500 VP. so that they could keep EA status.
Ask them to browse the badges gallery where it shows one's current position and how many points needed to get the next badge.That way they will get involved with sfi.
Last but not least let them know that you are here to guide them if any help needed
