Very intelligent question! Yes we who are ahead knew that the second month is the most critical this is where many of those who started well quit SFI.
The preparation must start from the day our affiliate sign-in and we should prepare them in two circumstances.
1. We prepare them to become an EA2
2. We prepare them to continue even if they won't achieve EA2
In the first month there are few things that we should share immediately so that they will be prepared for the second month either as EA2 or not.
1. We should limit their VP to 1500 during the first month - we must help them to get the 200VP bonus as fast tracker on the first day. Help them count the number of VPs they can earn daily and add few more VP from different activities to complete the 1500.
2. We should let them earn the first month so that they have something to buy next month and maintain their EA status. The fastest way to do this is for them to be able to invite their friends and relatives who are keen on online earning and have credit cards or paypal to sign up either as PRM and PSA.
3. Encourage them to learn the basics and launchpad as early as possible so that immediately, they will be effective in sponsoring.
4. Tell them in advance that in case they can not maintain their EA, it's okey because this is a long term endeavor, and help him to concentrate on recruiting affiliates and build his team because ultimately our success in SFI will largely depends on our affiliates. So them focus on finding affiliates.
5. If you see them short of few points but at the same time they have a very promising down-lines, then its good to pass on gift certificate to them.
