I have only been a member since the 1st of June this year, in my first Month I achieved Silver Team Leader, and in my 2nd Month have earned Bronze Team Leader status!
So for me personally the key is to lead by example!
I know some people don't have the funds to set up the standing order to guarantee they get their EA status every Month.
I think what you need to do with them is work on their daily tasks to earn every VersaPoint they can every day!
Until they learn how to use free or paid Advertising in order to Sponsor New Affiliates to their Team.
And also teach them how to drive sales through TripleClicks, as we all know SFI is a good Training ground where as TripleClicks produces sales!
