Its really a good question to ask.
Actually, promoting a new affiliate to our business is not so difficult job, but yes, maintaining them to continue building their business on SFI is really really tough job for each of us.
What we can do is to let them know what actually SFI business is. Many of our affiliates turn to SFI because they thing its where they can earn money without spending money and time. So we should tell them that consider its your own business and then how do they try to build up their business.
In pursuit of sustaining them and make them active in SFI, we need to guide them how they attain and maintain EA status and also inform them the advantage of being EA.
After, they being convinced about EA status, we should let them know the importance of making a SO in their account. Also we need to tell them each and every points where from where they can get VPs and TCredits.
The final stage of second month plan for our affiliate should be to encourage them to make duplicates under them. With this, we will be successful in preparing our affiliates in their second month.
