Well if they are serious about SFI business then in the second month they already need to have a plan how to confirm their EA status or become a Team Leader, depends on their plans in SFI.
But if they didn't have enough time to read and learn about SFI so much in a first month, then I would just tell them to read more and more, because if you learn by your self about SFI and how it works you will be ready soon enough to put all your efforts and work even more just to get to your goals.
I can just answer on their questions if they don't understand something, but to prepare them it's like I do their own work and they will never be prepared.
