Advise them on the welcome message exactly what it is that they have joined. The welcome message should give the basics of what is possible and achievable. You can make big money fast you can create a big business fast, however each new affiliate has different capabilities and experiences and that must be taken into consideration, some affiliates are sceptic and won't invest in big advertising marketing, so maybe slow growth is more suited. All affiliates get a website, get free web hosting. That's like the shell of any business all given for free until something is sold from it. Imagine a toy shop with toys in it, you know "toys are us" they have a shop front and possibly pay big money for web creation and monthly hosting, we in SFI can make the online toy shop for free and just pay a % when something is sold, so this sort of example should be in the welcome message.
