I personally always spend a minimum of at least one hour everyday. I usually get all of my To list done and then later go back
And read the Forum, check out Tripleclicks

Most of the time I generally spend about 2-4 hours and sometimes more it just depends on what I have to do that day. There are many days I lose all track of time just reading and talking to my affiliates.

I guess it really just depends on what is
Going on in your life as to how much time
you can give and if your established in the business.
