I always like to start with welcoming new affiliates and make sure they know that I am available if they need help. I usually start by suggesting that they work on their To-Do list and do their Launchpad daily. Unfortunately the majority of your PSA's will do nothing and there just isn't anything anybody can do about it. Focus on your active PSA's and CSA's and let the others quit.
