I firmly believe that focusing on sponsoring new affiliates is the key by getting them to join as members of TripleClicks. Many affiliates both active and inactive do not become buyers. Buyers are THE priority. An affiliate that is not willing to spend money at their own store will not increase their business or ours.
Making money on line is more about trust in the company which hosts the store. TripleClicks has the best system in place for small, medium and large companies or individuals to sell their items on line. It is secure for both the buyer and the seller and allows benefits to all of those that participate in the sale of an item by offering generous commissions.
I have made it my goal to target the market already participating in buying products on TripleClicks, the largest group being affiliates that are loyal to “buying from their own store”. I connect to as many TConnect pages as possible and some of them connect back to my ECA page. When they do connect they receive my daily post directly on their TConnect page where my message is exposed to their visitors. It appears on their stream tab when I make an announcement.
I connect to PriceBenders participants also for the same reason. They are proven buyers and are always looking for a good deal. They are used to spending money at TripleClicks and have the resources. By connecting with them I expose them to my TConnect page.
When I advertise for new TripleClicks members I focus on PriceBenders and encourage them to participate in the auction, where they can find great deals. First I offer them a gift card and tell them that when they become members I will send them a gift certificate. Once they become familiar with participating with PriceBenders auctions I will invite them to become affiliates.
Affiliates buy products from TripleClicks to build their business; IAHBE, S-Builder and other co-op advertising and Tcredits (almost a currency of its own). They will also buy products simply out of loyalty because it is their own store, just like I do. Duplication is the goal every affiliate can benefit from but most think it is just about acquiring affiliates that acquire yet more affiliates. What you want to duplicate is your own conviction to buy the products you normally buy from TripleClicks, both for yourself and your business.
So, in conclusion, I would focus on sponsoring new affiliates by introducing new members through PriceBenders Auctions in TripleClicks.
