It's a nice question and in my opinion, building your team (sponsoring Affiliates) is more important than referring members to Tripleclicks. By referring members, you are concentrating only on sales but by sponsoring affiliates you are building your team as well as indirectly involved in sales as your team members will be doing the sales and purchase on your behalf.
Each one has ts own merit....As you asked which one you should follow to be more successful.....My answer is "Team Building". some of the points are here to defend my choice....
The design of SFI compensation plan is such that, you will many income streams if you do not concentrate on team building
1. TC Executive Pool: As per the compensation plan, you can gent huge amount of the executive pool bonus by building team up to 12 levels. But if you only concentrate on sales, you will miss this completely.
2. Without building team you can never be a TL. If you miss that, you can never get those valuable 2nd home CSAs when distributed. That will be another set back for you.
3. Building a good team will give you many PSAs with Wave 3 membership. This will increase your chance to win Wave 3 draw every week.
4. Also you will find it very difficult to rank among the top sponsor leadership board if you do not concentrate on Team building.
5. Team building will earn money for you when you will not be able to work as much as you are doing in SFI. This builds residual income for you not sales. So to keep your future secure and guarantee you income in your bad days, team building is highly recommended.
So concentrate on team building. sales will automatically happen.
