First ask them by email if they are interested in wanting to know more, from you, about how SFI works for you, and letting them know what your goals are and how you are applying SFI to those goals. If they reply to you then take what you know that is already working for you and reply back to them with steps as to where they need to go, to learn more and make your response according to their goals, as well as explaining how you have actually made it work for you as you understand it.
Do not hype it up in the process. By doing that and letting them know they can ask you questions relevant to your explanation. Your only objective should be to help them understand where to look and what to do. The rest is really up to the individual.
