I always start with a team mail introducing myself and offer assistance with any questions.
Most will not respond however you can check their progress through their VP ledger, see if they are missing any steps ,then you can write a personalized letter for email or individual team mail.
Most important is to encourage them to continue checking in and to think of SFI as their store ,everything here can be marketed from simple url's. when your PSA's begin to see some return on their work.
Then they start to think about how this could work in the future, goal setting and dreaming of retirement.
This week a new feature on the to-do list is to track your goals and daily actions, this is very cool.
