Setting goals is not just about writing down something. It includes careful monitoring and control periodically to ensure you are following what you wrote down. That is the reason why SFI have added a review of the goals tab. You will not earn your 1VP from the goals tab until you state what you have done on that day you meet your goal
Hence while setting your goals, remember to make them specific, measurable, attainable/achievable, realistic and timed bound. It is called the SMART Principle. Also Make sure you also Keep It Short and Simple. It is called the KISS Principle
