What is the best way to get your PSAs to submit a sponsor rating and comment on how you're doing?

As a leader, i have this strong believe that respect is earned and not forced. I would not encourage a leader to ask a PSA to go rate him/her. That is wrong. i call it bias
I would rather say, your interactions with your PSA, the way you support and help them, the way you respond to their questions and make their lives easy, the way you simplify their understanding and the way you walk your talk will make them visit your leadership page and rate you.
Remember, it is always important to include your leadership page link at the bottom of all mails to your downline. Rather encourage them to visit your leadership page than asking them to rate you. When they do, they will see the rating and if you have been a good leader, you will be surprise with the ratings you will have

Hello there,
it is simple. go to the sponsoring and sales section of SFI and check sample cards and choose the catchy works that attract you. If they can attract you, they can attract others as well
look at sample texts, banners, flyers, cards etc and come out with best catcy words. Don't forget to add your referral link and a key code to as to track how your business cards are doing

there are certain areas that being in Africa makes it an advantage. good example is that you can easily become country leader if you are just a little more active.
Apart from that, there are many other challenges that can only be tackled with time. I invited one of my friends from Cameroon and he thought it was witch craft (hahahahahah). No matter what i did to convince him it was not, he said i now scare him
Ignorance. fear of the internet, beliefs etc are some of the challenges. However, to become successful yourself, you need to simply follow the SFI rules which are made available to everybody. More importantly, read how to be come an awesome sponsor. that is the key to success, no matter where you are in the world

if your affiliates are financially challenged, advise them to make sure they always complete their daily, weekly and monthly tasks on the to do list so that they would then be left with just a very minimal vp. this can help in that they would have to choose just the cheapest products to topup their 1500 monthly vps.
best product therefore would be the 1Tcredit at $1.89 that gives 102vps. they can buy as many as they can, they can even buy with MRP

Remember that Tcredit is a language best know only to SFI affiliates. hence sales is internal
Create a powerful database of strong a2a friends from top countries. make use of stream post to advertise
You make also convince external potential affiliates on the importance and use that as a means to bring them in. especially if they are interested about auctions

The best ways to become successful at ECA are;
1- use the flyer from the sales section and advertise them in the magazines and newspapers
2- create a website and spread it as wide fire
3- best method though is to make a list of small businesses in your area, visit them personally and discuss ECA with them

Failing to plan is setting yourself up for failure. It is like you are driving at top speed, but don't know where you are going
Setting goals is not just about writing down something. It includes careful monitoring and control periodically to ensure you are following what you wrote down. That is the reason why SFI have added a review of the goals tab. You will not earn your 1VP from the goals tab until you state what you have done on that day you meet your goal
Hence while setting your goals, remember to make them specific, measurable, attainable/achievable, realistic and timed bound. It is called the SMART Principle. Also Make sure you also Keep It Short and Simple. It is called the KISS Principle
