Do you use any type of conference calling to help your affiliates with training or recruiting? If so, which one do you recommend and how beneficial is this type of communication?
The video conference, in my opinion, is not a good way to recruit, while for training you could use Skype.
But I want you to bear in mind that when you have CSA in the downline, they may not speak your language or have difficulty in links.
So it is important for the formation also have attachments to be sent with your contact email and maybe affiliated with continuity, to know if they have problems and, anyway, urge them to contact you if they have any concerns or questions.
With regard to recruitment, video conferencing is fine if you have friends, but if you must recruit the best means are unknown: the flyer or ads in various Internet sites.
