compliments to the question, why is the primary objective to work in SFI, but I would say in any Network.
As he explains in great Gary Carson "duplication" is the basic rule of Network Marketing and build a compact team is very important.

1. First of all it is important to advertise your business so that you can have as more affiliates as possible.
2. Your affiliates need to feel your presence as a sponsor, with a welcome message strong and secure, as would a father or a mother with her ??children.
3. Listen and answer their questions to guide them on the right way to go.

If you will be alert to these three points, your affiliates will follow you and learn to be like you and together you will be a real team with a strong team spirit: "One for all, all for one!"

The video conference, in my opinion, is not a good way to recruit, while for training you could use Skype.
But I want you to bear in mind that when you have CSA in the downline, they may not speak your language or have difficulty in links.
So it is important for the formation also have attachments to be sent with your contact email and maybe affiliated with continuity, to know if they have problems and, anyway, urge them to contact you if they have any concerns or questions.
With regard to recruitment, video conferencing is fine if you have friends, but if you must recruit the best means are unknown: the flyer or ads in various Internet sites.

Hello, it is a fair question for those facing the activity in SFI and has few financial resources.
As you already know, the first month SFI provides the steps necessary to get to the title of EA (Executive Affiliate), while from the second month to reach the status of EA2 if you do not have a standing order, it becomes impossible. As long as you do not have a dowline that produces commissions you need to buy.
We come to count to find out what is the minimum order that we need.

First of all, in the first month it is important to buy the package Wave3, as well as advertising with us TripleClicks, there will be given 5 TCredits and 50MRP (the latter important to shop in the following month).

Daily Actions - To-Do List, provides monthly 330VP
Actions Weekly - Message to our downline / tConnect page / Stream message, provides 152VP
Actions Monthly - Raiting Sponsor Co-Sponsor / set goals, provides 15Vp

So 330 +152 +15 = 497VP, that SFI provides free of all affiliates. The goal is to score 1500VP.

We make a standing order 50 TCredits cost of $ 19,50 and there will be data 694VP.
We play at auctions with double points MRP and 50TCredits, will give us 500MRP 50VP.
The 500MRP added to the 50 received by Wave3 can make us buy more 10TCredits (cost 542MRP) with 239VP.
After purchasing TripleCliks asks us a review and provides 25VP.
So: 694 +50 +25 +239 = 1008VP which added to 497VP qualify us to the following month with 1505VP.

the basis of our work in SFI is duplication. This is also the primary rule of Network Marketing. Affiliate people is certainly important, but more important is to be a Sponsor of success.
If you can convey to your Affiliates the right motivation and teach the best duplication, your success is inevitable.
However, we must not neglect our E-Commerce Network: TripleClicks.
Being the sponsor of an ECA will give you commissions and commissions are money!
At this point I can say that one does not exclude the other, are important to be a successful leader!
