I have been providing co-ops for my team members over the last 12 months. I offer paid shares in the co-ops and also free co-op shares to reward my movers for their efforts through the month.
Before offering shares in co-ops be sure that you understand how they work and where you are going to advertise the co-op link.

To get your team members (PSAs, CSAs) to participate in a paid co-op you can include details of your Coop in your Team Mail or a personal email. If you are offering paid shares you need to let them know the price per share and the payment method. Personally I was using PayPal to receive payment but you may have another preference.
It is important that you are not profiting from the co-ops and to let your team members know this. Gaining profit from your downline through co-ops could be considered by some as 'dishonest'. If you are going to have shares in the same co-op be sure to contribute the same as you are asking your downline to contribute.
NOTE: Do not start your co-op advertising until you believe you have all the members you require.

An advertising Co-Op to help us all sponsor new affiliates is being created and I am offering shares to all member's of my downline. There will be a cost of $XX.XX per share. The advertising of the co-op will be external to the SFI site and will target people interested in earning an income online.
All funds for the co-op go directly to into the advertising and no profit is made by myself.
If you are interested please send an email to [YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS] with the subject 'CO-OP'. Please include your name and affiliate id in the email and I will send you further information.
The deadline for purchasing co-op shares is [DATE]. If you do not purchase by this date you will have to wait until the next co-op offer is made.

When your payment has been recieved you will be allocated the share/s that you have purchased. I will send you the Keycode for the co-op so you can track where your new affiliate signups are coming from.
Don't forget the deadline for payment is [DATE]. You will miss out on your share if you purchase after this date and will have to wait until the next co-op is offered.
