Unless one is repeating the same information all the time he/she contacts the team, I would not say that there is no too much when it comes to SFI. We all need to be encouraged, reminded, and walked with daily. A good leader is one who takes his/her time to make sure that he is on top of what is happening in his/her team and one can do this by contacting the team members regularly.
We forget even after reading some of the things that we are required to do, the leader by writing or availing information often to members. Yesterday I was reminded by my leader about how to earn more versa points and I found this information very refreshing.
