Communication is an important tool in our information age. It plays a vital part in advancing technology. In SFI, sharing information could lead to successful journey towards one’s goal or may lead to failure when there is no sharing or interaction. When sending email to downlines, one should consider the status and level of understanding. A Team Leader should know this, when contacting new affiliates, he should guide them to SFI basics. He should contact his downlines with corresponding message, according to the level of understanding. Once a week is sufficient for downlines who are active, but those who are not, maybe twice a month is adequate.
With this saying in consideration: “Giving advice is like a punch in the face if is not asked for”, he should know when to contact corresponding downlines. Asking questions like “How can I help you or Do you have any questions that I can help you with?” might be sufficient to send once a month. A Team Leader should have an overview of his downlines level of progress so that he doesn’t have to worry about what is too much or when to contact his downlines.
