Great question it all depends on the team members. Just like you cant treat all children the same you cant treat all team members the same. there are some team members that are self motivated you give them the ball and they run with it these are the type of leaders that dont require much attention but a simple weekly or monthly follow up to see how thier part of the team is doing and if you can be of any assistance on the other hand there are team members that require a lot more attention and hand holding as you build your team and learn the personalities of your team members you will see who requires more of your attention to be successful.
