I highly recommend from the first day they should start reading the Launchpad Lessons,
i mean they should read one Launchpad Lesson a day.
Then tell them to start doing there Daily actions and the weekly actions
as follows (Don't Miss out the VP)

1. View the Tabs which are Red Highlighted on the regular basis
a) To-Do-List Tab 1 VP/day
b) Tips Tab 1 VP/day
c) Stream Tab 1 VP/day
d) Tripleclicks tab 1 VP/day
e) Scoreboard Tab 1 VP/day
f) A2A Tab 1 VP/day
g) Movers Tab 1 VP/day
h) Growith Tab 1 VP/day
total = 8 VP/day for doing the above visiting of tab.
you must visit the each tab and Click on the button called "I Have read and reviewed the Information on this page" so you get the points okay guys . cool!
i)now let's talk about ASK SC , WIN IT! Tab
Once you Click on ASK SC
then you have to Click on button which is highlighted in Green "GO"
then once you click on go it'll show you the Questions and Answer written by your SFI friends you just have to click "YES" if you're impressed with the Answer Given to the Question or else click "NO" if the Answer given to the Question is not good or it's not impressing you . Vote the first 10 answers then you'll be getting 1 VP for doing that once you complete voting for more 20 Answer by clicking Continue . then you're given one more extra chance to get Entry in the Daily Grand.
j) now it's time to click on WIN IT TAB! then click on the button "ENTER IN TODAY'S DRAWING" but make sure you complete ASK sc Tab work before moving the "WIN IT!" Tab.
k) Get your 2 VP/day for checking items on Triple clicks so this can be done automatically for you if you enter in the Hourly TCredit drawing .. left click on the batch seen on the left hand side of your SFI homepage called tripleclicks then open in new tab it'll login your Triple clicks website automatically then click on the Games Menu button then click on the button say FREE TCredits awarded every hour! click on button "Learn More & Enter To Win"
2. post a message in Stream Tab about your progress , inspirational and motivation quotes , update messages. you get you get 3 VP/week my recommendation is to post the updates which you'd love to tell the team-mates.
3.Get 5 VP/Week for checking T-connect page.
4.Get 30 VP/Weekly for sending support messages to your Downline members . PSA Mailer, CSA Mailer, or Genealogy Group Mailer.
Once they read Launch Pad Lesson on regular basis one per day then thing will get rolling easily.
Encourage them to become the E365 Finalist.
