PSAs who are active will naturally submit a sponsor rating because of the 10VP's that go with it. The rating depends largely on the way he perceive his sponsor, and the comments usually comes when you as sponsor is doing great or doing poor.
As a sponsor, what we like is 5-star rating and an encouraging comments isn't it? How do we get this from our PSAs?
I will suggest three things that a sponsor should be doing if they want their PSA to give him high ratings and positive comments.
1. Always be ready to help, ask your PSA if they have problem with their SFI business. Get ready to give them well researched answers, and do it promptly. You should help them even up to the point of spending reasonable amount for them - This implies that you should be updated with all the information in SFI website.
2. You should be giving them tips and workable strategies on how to succeed in SFI regularly. Be sure that you apply the strategies yourself. In other words you should walk your talk. Be an example of what you are telling them.
3. Cultivate meaningful friendship with them. I am sure that if they are your friends you will have high ratings and positive comments from them.
