My first best tip that I give to my PSAs is to start with the SFI basics (blue button below your profile picture) because it guides them to follow the simple steps on how the system works and gives the PSA a chance to familiarize themselves with the site without feeling overwhelmed and over loaded with information which in turn, will lead them to quit if they cannot follow.
My second best tip will be to follow the Launch Pad courses (The green button below your profile picture) which will give the PSA a 30 day course to learn a bit everyday on how to get started including, direct links to the page on the topic discussed so that they can explore.
After they go through the basic steps and the launch pad, they find themselves less intimated and more ready to explore all that SFI has to offer.
