the best/first tip I give to my brand new PSAs to help them get started, is to tell them to:
* to trust in SFI,
* have a strong will to learn
* communicate with them sponsor and co-sponsor about the way to grow to SFI
* connect regularly to SFI affiliates center and doing daily exercises
