When building a team I think we take dormant affiliates personally. It's exciting to have a new team member and very disheartening when, after their first day, they never login again or respond to any correspondence.
However how many of us, and I include myself here, have joined an opportunity looked it over and decided it was not something we were looking for and moved on?
So yes, I like you, have many dormant affiliates and it's ok that they made that choice. However, I do still send them my weekly newsletter and, on occasion, some do login. When I see that I send them a team mail to say 'hi, nice to see you back, message me if I can be of any assistance!' If it appears that they are trying and working their business, I check their profile to see where their interest in SFI lies and what they see as a challenge to moving forward. I will then send them helpful info with SFI links the same way I would for active affiliates.
Their success is in their hands and if/when I can contribute by sending helpful info and tips then I feel I've done my part as their team leader.
