My first tip to help get my new PSAs started is to advise them to go for the Fast Start Bonus.
After this I guide them on the steps needed to be taken on achieving EA in their first month. I try to discourage them from rushing on and becoming a team leader right off, because without a team it won't do them much good anyway, and I feel it is best to get a good solid grounding in how the business works by taking it slowly to begin with.
Show them the SFI Basics tab and the Start tab and guide them through the Getting Started Actions and Launchpad. Tailor what each of them need to do by taking into account what day of the month they have joined, so what VP they can expect to earn from Daily Actions.
I do this so that they still have some 'easy VP' left for the second month.
