We should all be able to answer this because it should be the first thing on our mind when we get our new recruit notification.
I tell all my new recruits to go at a pace that is comfortable to them. Don't rush after those Versapoints to achieve BTL when they have no team to lead. VP are like gold dust and treat them as such. They should be aiming for their Fast-Track to get those valuable bonus VP because, as I mentioned before, VP are like gold dust here. Once they've achieved EA status, they can learn the business in a relaxed manner without worrying about anything else.
I advise them to aim towards EA status by the end of the first month. in month 2, they should think about purchasing a standing order to maintain their EA status and thus keeping any CSAs they accumulate. They can now concentrate on building there business by implementing all the tools they've acquired through, Start, SFI Basics, Launchpad and Internet Income Training.
Month 1: Attain EA Rank and use all the training facilities. Start applying the methods learned immediately but not at the cost of training.
Month 2: Purchase a standing order of 1500 VersaPoints and begin to implement all the tools they've acquired so far in recruiting and promoting sales.
A very important fact to make new recruits aware of is this:
You only have to look to the top of the leader-boards to know that SFI really works but you have to put in the hours and it doesn't happen overnight. Invest a little money as you begin to accumulate it and you will see your income grow even further.
In a nutshell, this is what I first make new recruits aware of.
