Most people can easily understand and learned new things when they viewed through video, because they can replay many times until they acquired the whole concept.
2. Check your VersaPoint Ledger

Giving the link of his VersaPoints Ledger will help him to see all his Actions (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Getting-Started, LunchPad, Intermediate, TripleClicks, Team Leadership & Support, and Miscellaneous) that need to do in order to earn matching VersaPoints.
With these 2 links that I gave to them, I am sure that they will become a Fast Tracker, and having a higher accumulated VersaPoints that maintain for them to be stay above the Green Line in every rounds of E365 contest.
