what i try to do to get any new psas started off on the right foot is to motivate them. A lot of time s they sign up just for the moment but they do not realize the opportunity that they have in thier hands. I make it my job to motivate them and show them the potential financial rewards they will reap if they just do the little things everyday. I try to show them the big picture not only with my words but with my actions. i dont require nothing from my new psas that im not doing myself and i am always available to all my psas and csas also i always return all emails in less than 24 hours so that they know that i am commited to their success.
