Very interesting question. My analysis to this question will be as follows:
Maximum number of Affiliates joining SFI just seeing an advertisement of “FREE†XXXXX Business, earn money XXXXXX, etc. & don’t try to understand about the structure of SFI after joining. Instead they wish that, they should get money immediately without doing any sort of efforts. This kind of affiliates who becomes dormant cannot be encouraged to become active.
Only few affiliates who wish to do something, but due of lack of awareness & guidance become dormant. This kind of affiliates can be motivated & encouraged by regular interactions on phone, through SFI Team mails as well as Personal mail ID. One can use Skype also for better communications to make them understand better about SFI Business and can be converted from inactive to active.
I think I have shared my experience to utmost satisfaction of all SFI members.
