I am of the opinion that at least once a week to write the CSA's that they know we're here if you need help.
My experience is that everyone occasionally return to the site to see it.
This lack of confidence is the main problem.

The encouragement, the possibilities for assistance can help to change the view and re-start and be successful.
I also walked slowly, but surely, I go forward.
If you feel the CSA, if you need help, get away from me,
you might try to process it again and be successful.
