Great question, I'm sure we'd all do things differently with hindsight.
I personally would have read the training articles better and got going with the advertising sooner. I also would have spread the advertising between sponsoring affiliates and ECA's.
I would have made more A2A friends earlier and paid a lot more attention to the forum.
I would have treated this more like the business that it is and less like the hobby I thought it was.
I've since done all these things but with hindsight I could have saved myself probably 12 months and been a lot further ahead.
