I would spend less time recruiting affiliates and more time recruiting ECA's and advertising TripleClicks (TC). While I agree recruiting affiliates is important, so is making money. You're more likely to make money faster by recruiting ECA's than affiliates. I did not realize how important this was and sort of treated TC as an after thought. I wish now I had focused primarily on TC.
