I send Team Mail to everyone, PSA or CSA. My sponsor has only contacted me once or twice since I have been here, even not answering when I asked for her advice. I learned from this that many sponsors never contact their downline.
I had a CSA contact me because I had given him some TCredits when he made Executive Affiliate. I told him that I would be giving him a gift certificate at the beginning of the month so that he could either get IAHBE or something else to help him have 1500 VP because he had worked very hard. He was so thankful about the TCredits, but I could see that he was going to do well. He cashed in the gift certificate this month and he is now a Bronze Team Leader. I gave him more TCredits. I will continue to give them for rank.
I had five people last month who made EA and I sent them all a gift certificate for $30, which would cover IAHBE and/or go a long way toward obtaining their EA2 status this month. I only had 2 people cash them in. I gave them 5 days to do so. One was my daughter, a PSA, and one was my CSA. The others have been online this month but either didn't want the gift or don't want to work or whatever. Their loss!
We have many questions in the Forum about changing sponsors. Perhaps some of the people who want to change sponsors are our CSAs. Perhaps they will have their sponsor release them and they will want us to be their new sponsor. If that is the case then we have gotten a good new PSA. If they don't want to go through changing, we still make money from them, so we want to encourage them in any way possible. Keep ALL of your team members happy and you will see it in your earnings!
