The main key to success in the SFI business is active affiliates. What i would do differently if i had had this knowledge is to:
1. Attain EA status every month and early enough in the month so as to get the 2 CSAs and to guide them through
2. Attain at least Bronze Team Leader position every month so as to get my share of second home CSAs. Some of these have proved to be very hard working
3. Have a standing order of at least one S-builder unit to garner PSAs
4. Bid to win at least 50 CSAs every week at TripleClicks auctions. So my team will grow at a minimum of 200CSAs every month
5. Bid actively to win the PSAs that have recently been introduced and set a target of 100 PSAs per month
6. Advertise actively in all possible places for affiliates to join my team. However, this would still be limited for i am really pressed for time.
Of course i would try to be a nurturing and inspiring team leader, set a good example to my group and encourage them to grow their teams too for greater success.
