1) EAs report with indication of emailing and followup activity.
2) Mother Language and secondary language knowledge.
3) VersaPoints have some importance but higher rank not always indicate good leadership.
4) The number of PSA's available.
5) The people's nationality of country that don't have English Official Language.
Making an indicative example suitable to be modify according to SFI rules and update implementation:
a)
I have a EA2 French speaking with 1600VP at 20th of the month
I can reassign to him/her one or two AF from France or Senegal with 600VP at 20th of the month
b)
I have a EA Morocco Arab speaking with 1700VP at 23th of the month.
I can reassign to him/her one or two AF from Arab Emirates with 600VP 20th of the month.
c)
I have a BTL UK Arab and English speaking with 1800VP at 23th of the month.
I can reassign to him/her one AF from Australia with 600VP 20th of the month and one AF from Bahrein with 20VP since initial registration.
We should take in account that people may not like to be assigned to some particular country sponsor (don't know him/her language), so pre-contact and 2a2 sharing can be very beneficial to prepare re-assignement changes.
Non active at all people are to be considered separately because the reason of inactivity could be far apart of their own will : PC failure, poor Internet connection, hard family commitments, car incident etc.
