Most affiliates will not relate to the various communications sent to them as they do not wish to get into any correspondence. Most only communicate only when they need help.
I believe that reassignment is necessary when you see that no progress is being made. A different personality or communication style may sometimes be more effective and successful. After all we are all on the same side and should work as a team.
SFI accommodates this view as down the line results still benefit the assignee.
