PSA is very important to each and everyone. it can help the member attain what he wanted to be...but time will come that a team leader needs to share his PSA to his downlines most especially when his downline needed it most. being a generous leader is a grow and success to all the team members. he also earn a VP by doing so. the new Team Leader would know the best time he needs to re-assign his PSA to his downline by always monitoring the records of this downlines and the progress of his Points earned. if not progressing, then he needs to rescue the downline.
