As there is no limitation to reassign PSA's to your down line you can re-assign as much as you wish minimum should be 2. You will come across active PSA on your "Movers" you can reassign who are active there through genealogy.
Actually, there is no end, in order to motivate and keep in contact with your down line it just and necessary to re-assign affiliates or give some T-Credits, gift certificates or gift cards to encourage them.
